Returns
NALA COLLECTIVE products are made to order.
Because each acrylic artwork and wallpaper order is produced specifically for the selected size, material, dimensions or crop selection, we do not accept returns for change of mind.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
Change-of-mind returns
We do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.
This includes:
- Incorrect size selection
- Incorrect wall measurements
- Incorrect material selection
- Incorrect crop selection
- Ordering too little or too much material
- A change in preference after purchase
Please review all product details, measurements, material selections and crop previews carefully before placing your order.
Wallpaper orders
Wallpaper is custom printed to the dimensions, material and crop selection provided at checkout.
NALA COLLECTIVE is not responsible for incorrect measurements, ordering too little or too much material, unsuitable wall surfaces, installation errors or damage caused during installation or removal.
For best results, add 5 cm (2 in) to both the width and height of your wall measurements before ordering.
Acrylic artwork orders
Acrylic artworks are made to order in the selected size.
Please check your selected artwork and size carefully before placing your order.
Order changes and cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order.
Changes or cancellations may not be possible once production has started.
Damaged, faulty or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:
- The item
- The packaging
- Any visible damage or issue
If the product is confirmed to be damaged in transit, faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a suitable resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Installation issues
Wallpaper installation depends on accurate measuring, suitable wall preparation and careful application.
NALA COLLECTIVE is not responsible for installation errors, misalignment, bubbling, creasing, trimming mistakes, poor adhesion caused by unsuitable wall surfaces or damage caused during installation or removal.
Return shipping
If a return is approved due to a confirmed fault, damage or incorrect supply, we will provide instructions for the next steps.
Do not return any item without contacting us first.
