Our acrylic artworks and wallpaper are made to order, which means production time applies before your order is dispatched. Shipping time is additional to production time.

Please allow 5–10 business days for production and dispatch. These times may extend during peak seasons.

If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced, packed or dispatched separately depending on the product type and order requirements.

Delivery times vary depending on your location, the product ordered and the courier or freight service used.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Acrylic artworks are carefully packed to protect the printed surface, polished edges and corners during transport.

Due to the size and weight of acrylic artworks, delivery may be handled by courier or freight service rather than standard post.

Wallpaper is rolled, packed and shipped using suitable courier or freight services.

Each order is packed to protect the printed surface during transport.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.

For large orders, remote locations or special delivery requirements, additional shipping charges may apply. We will contact you if a custom shipping arrangement is required.

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging and any visible damage.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

International shipping may be available depending on the product, order size and destination.
