If your order includes multiple items, they may be produced, packed or dispatched separately depending on the product type and order requirements.

Estimated delivery times are 3–6 business days. Remote and regional destinations may take longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details where available.

Acrylic artworks are carefully packed to protect the printed surface, polished edges and corners during transport.

Due to the size and weight of acrylic artworks, delivery may be handled by courier or freight service rather than standard post.

Wallpaper is rolled, packed and shipped using suitable courier or freight services.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:

• The item
• The packaging
• Any visible damage or issue

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

If the product is confirmed to be damaged in transit, faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a suitable resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.

International shipping may be available depending on the product, order size and destination.
