NALA COLLECTIVE offers made-to-order acrylic artworks and wallpaper.

Product images, colours and previews are shown as accurately as possible. Colours may vary between screen display and final printed product due to device settings, lighting conditions, print materials and production processes.

Acrylic artworks are printed directly to the rear face of 6 mm clear acrylic, with a white ink backing layer applied for opacity, depth and colour control.

Each panel is CNC cut and finished with diamond polished edges.

Acrylic artworks are available in selected standard sizes only unless otherwise arranged for a custom project.

Wall fixings are not included. Customers are responsible for selecting suitable fixings based on wall type and installation conditions.

Wallpaper is printed to order based on the dimensions, material and crop selection provided at checkout.

Customers are responsible for supplying correct measurements. For best results, add 5 cm (2 in) to both the width and height of your wall measurements before ordering.

NALA COLLECTIVE is not responsible for incorrect measurements, ordering too little or too much material, unsuitable wall surfaces, installation errors, trimming mistakes or damage caused during installation or removal.

When placing an order, you are responsible for checking that all details are correct, including:

• Mural crop selection
• Delivery details
• Contact details

Once an order has been placed, changes may not be possible if production has started.

All prices are listed in Australian dollars unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time your order is placed.

Payment must be received before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Please allow 5–10 business days for production and dispatch. These times may extend during peak seasons.

Shipping time is additional to production time.

Production and delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to order volume, courier delays, material availability or circumstances outside our control.

NALA COLLECTIVE ships Australia-wide.

Shipping costs and available options are shown at checkout where applicable. Large orders, remote locations or special delivery requirements may require custom shipping arrangements.

Customers are responsible for providing correct delivery information. NALA COLLECTIVE is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery details.

We do not accept returns or provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect size selection, incorrect wall measurements, incorrect material selection, incorrect crop selection, ordering too little or too much material or a change in preference after purchase.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

If your item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of:

• The item
• The packaging
• Any visible damage or issue

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been reviewed.

If the product is confirmed to be damaged in transit, faulty or incorrectly supplied, we will arrange a suitable resolution in line with Australian Consumer Law.
